Different Data?

If you have tested the experiment we have made the same way we did, it is possible that you might have different data. If you live in a state where the law does not require two license plates, or if you go to Target at a different time or even the same, you will still most likely have different data due to who was and was not there that had 2 license plates.

Prediction.

If our hypothesis is correct around 293 of the 345 cars tested will have two plates.

Conclusion

Of the 345 cars we looked at 295 lf them had 2 plates, 38 of them had 1 rear plate and 12 had 1 temporary plate. Our prediction was very close.

Experimental set up

We are going to 3 different Targets. One in Bridgewater, one in Middletown, and and one in Dayton. We will be collecting data Saturday, September 8, 2012 around lunch time. We (Luke, Brad, and I) will check 115 cars at each location.

Hypothesis

85% of cars at various Targets will have 2 license plates.
